A 1974 graduate of Western Michigan Univeristy, Mr. Palumbo is Certifited Public Accountatnt in the states of Colorado and Michigan. After working as a member of the audit staff at Touche Ross & Co's Detriot office, Dennis held accounting and tax positions in both industry and the public accounting profession. In 1984 Mr. Palumbo started his own public accounting practice.

Mr. Palumbo is a graduate of Wayne State University holding a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree and a Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Colorado and Michigan Society and the American Institute of CPA's. 

Combining accounting, tax, audit management, finance and operations experience Mr. Palumbo has assisted a diverse group of businesses. Client industries include:
